Phone Interview Thank You Letter / Email

Following up with a thank you letter or a thank you email message after a phone interview not only leaves a positive image on the mind of the interviewer, but also helps you to identify and prepare for the upcoming stages of the hiring process.
At the closing of the telephone interview, thank the interviewer for spending time on your interview, and ask what the following stage of the recruitment is. Then, ask him/her to provide you his/her email address and immediately thank the interviewer through an email message.
The message should highlight your concern and qualifications for receiving the job. You may add anything that you missed out and recalled after the interview, or anything you didn’t get the opportunity to say that might have added more value to your phone interview.
